HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
2 lg. or 4 sm. pork chops
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown chops on both sides. Combine vinegar, ketchup, crushed pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar and salt. Remove chops to casserole. Pour sauce over chops and bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1 hour or until tender.

NOTE: I bake these chops in the crock pot 3 to 4 hours on high or all day on low. Serve with rice.
