HAWAIIAN PORK CHOPS 
4 (or more) pork chops
13 1/2 oz. pineapple chunks, drained, reserve liquid
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch

Marinate chops 4 hours or more in pineapple syrup, soy sauce, vinegar and mustard. Brown chops, then add 1/4 cup marinade. Cover and cook over low heat 30-45 minutes. (This can be baked in the oven instead.)

Mix sugar and cornstarch; add to marinade. Heat until it comes to a boil stirring constantly. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add pineapple chunks; simmer until pineapple is warmed. Serve chops with pineapple sauce poured over.
