HONEY CARAMEL CORN 
4 qts. popped corn
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter and honey and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Allow mixture to bubble gently, until sugar is dissolved and all is blended. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Pour over popcorn and spread evenly on jelly roll pan to dry.
