JEANNE'S APPLE JELLY 
1 qt. apple juice
1 1/2 pkgs. fruit pectin
3 tbsp. cinnamon red hots
Red food coloring
4 1/2 c. sugar

Pour juice and pectin in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add sugar and candies and red food coloring, if needed. Stir constantly until it boils. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Remove skin and pour into 4 to 6 (8 oz.) jelly glasses. Seal well with paraffin or cover and keep refrigerated.
