FRUIT PIZZA 
GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix orange juice and sugar together in saucepan. Dissolve cornstarch in lemon juice and pour into orange juice mixture. Cook on medium heat (don't rush it, 30 minutes) until thick, stirring constantly. Cool.

CRUST:

1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookies (in dairy case)

Cut sugar cookies and arrange together in pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cookies will run together and brown.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. container Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, vanilla, and sugar; blend well. Spread onto thoroughly cooled cookie crust.

Arrange fruit in rows any way you wish. Be creative! Use any fruit you like. Do not use frozen fruits, canned fruits are okay. Spoon glaze over pizza to seal fruit. Refrigerate. Better served the next day.

Variation: Use grapes, an orange, kiwifruit, banana and strawberries.
