PINEAPPLE-DELIGHT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box confectioners sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; pat in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Slowly cook the pineapple and cornstarch until clear; pour over cake. Beat cream cheese, eggs, and sugar. Pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes.
