ORANGE PINEAPPLE DELIGHT 
1 box Duncan Hines butter golden cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Put cake mix in bowl; add oil, eggs and oranges, using liquid. With electric mixer, mix 3-4 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased pan and bake at 350 degrees until cake is done, about 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix pineapple with juice and instant vanilla pudding until thick. Add Cool Whip. Blend together. Put on top of cooled cake. May refrigerate or freeze. Serves 12.
