BOHEMIAN CABBAGE 
3 heads cabbage, cut up
2 1/2 c. white vinegar
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. caraway seed
Dash of salt
1 lb. bacon
2 lg. onions

In large pot combine first 5 ingredients, cove rand cook until tender. Meanwhile chop up bacon and onion. Fry uncovered until bacon is brown. Add flour to thicken then add all juice from cabbage to this bacon and onion. Let thicken, then pour back into cabbage pot. Mix all together. Serve warm. Refrigerate and it gets better.
