JALAPENO CHICKEN 
2 cans boned chicken or 1 chicken, boiled & deboned
1 lg. pkg. cheddar cheese, grated
3 cans crescent rolls (8 per can)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 grated Jalapeno pepper (2 for really hot)

Mix chicken and grated cheese together. Place about 2 tablespoons of mixture on each crescent roll. Roll up and place in baking dish. Mix soup, milk and jalapeno pepper together and pour over rolls and bake at 325 degrees until rolls come to surface and are slightly browned on top, about 30 minutes.
