JAN'S CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced chicken, white meat
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. green pepper, more if desired
1 c. chopped celery
1 can pitted black olives
White grapes, if desired

Mix together with mayonnaise, enough to stick together (about 2 tablespoons). Top with a 5 ounce can of chow mein noodles.
