1 (#300) can Bush's Great Northern Beans
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. minced onion

Do not drain beans. Combine all ingredients in small, greased baking dish. Bake 30-40 minutes at 400 degrees.

Try substituting V-8 juice for tomato juice for a tangier taste.
