CHICKEN WITH LEMON 
3 chicken breasts, cut in halves
1/8 lb. butter
1/2 c. olive oil
1 lemon, sliced thin
1 chicken cube, dissolved in 1 c. hot water
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. mushrooms, chopped or sliced

Dust chicken with flour and brown in oil and butter combination. Remove to platter. In the same skillet with oil and butter, add chicken cube and wine. Arrange chicken breast in second skillet, top with lemon slices. Add mushrooms. Pour liquid from first skillet consisting of the wine and chicken cube over chicken. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
