LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant pudding & pie filling
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
4 whole eggs

ICING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. orange juice

Mix and bake in greased stem pan at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until it springs back.

ICING: Mix well. Punch holes in cake. Pour icing over warm cake.
