BAKED EGG DISH 
Brown 1 pound bulk sausage. Drain. Cool.

Beat: 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. dry mustard

Add: 4 oz. sliced mushrooms, sauteed cool or sm. can 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated (save 1/2 c. for topping)

Add sausage. Put into greased 9 x 13 inch glass. Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 40-45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
