FRENCH MEAT PIE 
1 lb. ground pork
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. chopped onion
1 med. potato, cooked and mashed

Place in pan with water. Leave with meat and stir occasionally. Simmer until water is almost evaporated. Add 1 cup of mashed potato to meat. Using a 9 inch pie plate. Place meat between 2 pie crusts. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. You may substitute 1/2 hamburger and 1/2 pork.
