BARRY GOLDWATER'S ARIZONA'S FINE CHILI | |
1 lb. coarse ground meat 1 lb. dry pinto beans 1 can tomato puree (6 oz.) 2 c. chopped onion 3 tbsp. chili powder 1 tbsp. cumin Salt to taste Brown meat, drain. Add onions, puree and beans. Mix chili powder, salt and cumin, add to mixture. Bring to a boil, turn down to low heat and cook slowly until onions and beans are tender. |
