MOM'S STEW | |
1 lb. stew beef, cubed 4-5 potatoes (peeled, cut into quarters) 4-5 carrots (peeled & sliced) 1 can green beans 1 onion, chopped 1 can mushroom pieces 1 can mushroom soup Salt & pepper to taste Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake in 250-300 degree oven for 5-6 hours. |
