POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1/2 c. self rising flour
5 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. each vanilla, lemon, coconut, rum and butter flavoring

Cream butter, shortening and sugar. Sift together plain flour, self rising flour. Add gradually to shortening mixture. Add eggs, milk, vanilla, lemon, coconut, rum and butter flavoring. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
