POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
3 sticks (no cholesterol) butter
8 oz. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. pineapple flavoring
1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Cream cheese and butter with sugar and 2 tablespoons hot water. Add eggs, flour and flavoring. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes with metal cup of water in bottom of oven.

GLAZE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. milk

Add enough powdered sugar to make thin glaze. Add 1 tablespoon flavoring. Put on with pastry brush while cake is warm.
