SPINACH DIP | |
1 pkg. frozen spinach 1 med. grated onion Dill weed to taste Mayonnaise (use judgment of consistency wanted) Lemon juice (to taste) Salt (as on spinach pkg.) Pepper (dash) Cook spinach as on package. Drain and then drain again on paper towel. Grate onion. Combine spinach, onion, dill weed and pepper. butter and lemon juice - use judgment on consistency for dipping or spreading. Good on small rye, trisket, garlic rounds. |
