SPINACH DIP | |
2 pkg. spinach, frozen chopped (cooked & cooled) 1/2 c. green onion, chopped 1 pkg. Knorr leek soup 1/2 c. parsley, minced fresh (or 2 tbsp. dried) 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. oregano 1 dill weed Salt & pepper to taste 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream In large bowl mix spinach, green onions, Knorr leek soup, parsley, oregano, dill weed, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix in sour cream and mayonnaise until completely blended. For best results make one day in advance. Serve with raw vegetables. |
