1 box chopped frozen spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. Accent

Thaw and squeeze spinach dry as possible. Mix all ingredients and serve with chips, fresh vegetables or baked potatoes.
