SPINACH DIP 
1 c. cooked drained, spinach (canned)
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1/2 c. green onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. mayonnaise

Blend well. Makes 12 hours ahead. Serve with raw vegetables such as celery sticks, carrots, cauliflower.
