QUICK AND EASY PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. very warm water (120-130 degrees)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Soak yeast in water for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt and sugar and mix to blend. Knead for 2-3 minutes until flour is well blended. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Roll dough to fit a 12 inch pizza pan. Top pizza with tomato sauce and toppings of your choice. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.

Just a little added advice.If you roll out the dough and form your pizza's, you can put them in a freezer bag and freeze them. They stay good for a couple months. Even though I don't recommend freezing but for home use its totally OK.

I was convinced this would not be very good, but I tried it anyway. I was wrong, it's simple but still very tasty. Did the honey thing like many others (half honey/half sugar), and put some EVOO on my hands when rolling the dough for easier cleanup and a little added taste to the crust. There are a lot of small tweaks you can do with this recipe to keep it interesting.
