1-2-3 PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar (or 3/4 cup if you prefer it less sweet)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a large bowl. After all the ingredients have been combined, roll the peanut butter mixture into 1 inch balls.

Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with a fork. Once the oven has pre-heated, put the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes. When they are done, let cool for 5 minutes.

After they have cooled, arrange on a plate and enjoy!!

These are super tasty but for the love of god do not make the balls bigger than 1 inch. I have a baking sheet-sized cookie. It is delicious. But not fit for the public eye. I just don't want to be judged by society.

But again: tasty.

I made these 1-2-3 Peanut butter cookies and they are absolutely delicious - and only 3 ingredients.... There are a lot of things you can put in the cookies... raisins, chocolate bits.. sprinkles on top for the holidays (colored sugar) to make them festive!!

Really good and easy. I recommend not cooking them for the full 15 minutes though, they get too hard.
