HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
5 eggs or egg substitute
2 tsp. baking powder
1 box graham cracker crumbs (5 c.)
1 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter; cream with sugar. Add all other cake ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Remove cake from oven. Spread icing over warm cake.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. drained pineapple
