CORN FRITTERS 
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup milk
1 - 15 1/4 oz. whole kernel corn - drained
1 tbsp. butter

Heat oil in deep skillet at 375. Drop batter by 1 tsp. into oil. Fry 2-3 minutes until brown. Drain on paper towel. Dust with confectioners sugar. Serve with syrup.
