LEMON CREAMSICLES 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. fresh grated lemon rind
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/3 c. milk
12 popsicle sticks

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture into 12 small (2 to 3 ounces) mold or paper cups and insert a popsicle stick into the center of each. Freeze for 3 to 6 hours or until solid.

Note: Try lime creamsicles also.
