MARYLAND CRAB BAKE 
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
5 tbsp. butter
1 c. mayonnaise
4 chopped hard cooked eggs (optional)
1 lb. fresh crab meat, canned (drained) or frozen (thawed) crab meat can also be used)
Bay seasoning to taste
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 c. cracker crumbs
Dash of paprika

Saute celery, green pepper and onion in 3 tablespoons of butter. Stir in mayonnaise, eggs, crab, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings except paprika. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until heated, stirring twice. Combine cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons melted butter and paprika. Sprinkle over casserole. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
