1 stick butter
3 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk

Combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, milk and cocoa. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add oatmeal, vanilla and pecans. Stir well. Drop onto wax paper and let cool.
