3 c. cooked & mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1/3 c. canned milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs well. Add all ingredients to sweet potatoes. Place in greased casserole dish. Blend all ingredients for topping in bowl and sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
