2 sticks butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
Chocolate chips

Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Mix in flour. Very important - let chill at least 1 hour. Form into small balls about 1 inch. Press one chocolate chip into the ball. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake (bottom should be tan, not brown). This dough freezes great.
