ROCKY ROAD 
8 oz. milk chocolate
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
20 marshmallows, snipped into quarters
3/4 c. toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped

Butter an 8 inch square pan. Melt chocolate with butter and salt in top of double boiler over very hot, not boiling, water. Add vanilla, marshmallows and nuts and stir thoroughly. Spread in pan and chill until firm. Cut into squares. (If candy is difficult to cut, let stand at room temperature about 10 minutes.)
