RHUBARB DESSERT 
6 c. rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. small marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cut rhubarb in small pieces, put in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Put sugar over rhubarb sprinkle the jello over the sugar and add marshmallows. Cream sugar and Crisco, add egg, beat well. Add milk, flour, baking powder, drizzle this over the top. Bake for 50 minutes at 300 degrees.
