RHUBARB SPRINKLE DESSERT 
4 c. chopped rhubarb
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello, dry
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
Coconut and nut meats (optional)
1 1/2 sticks melted butter (3/4 c.)

Sprinkle ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan in ORDER listed. Do not mix! If desired, top with coconut and/or nut meats. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until rhubarb is done. Serve plain or with whip cream.
