RHUBARB DESSERT 
5 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 yellow cake mix
2 c. boiling water

Place rhubarb in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle sugar over the fruit. Sprinkle Jello over the fruit and sugar. Sprinkle cake mix over fruit. Gently pour water over the mixture. Dot with butter and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
