RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
4-5 c. rhubarb, cut up (use more)
1/2 c. sugar or more
1 white cake mix
1 box (3 oz.) strawberry Jello, dry
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows

Put rhubarb in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with sugar. Sprinkle dry Jello on top of rhubarb. Cover with marshmallows. Mix cake according to directions on box and spread on top of rhubarb. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
