CORN CASSEROLE 
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix or other pkg. mix
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter

Mix above ingredients for about 1 minute with mixer or by hand. Add 1 can cream corn and 1 can whole corn. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch well greased dish at 350 degrees until golden brown.
