SHREDDED BEEF 
17 1/2 oz. cooked beef, shredded
2 slices tomatoes
1/2 onion, sliced
1 head lettuce, sliced or shredded
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
5 1/2 oz. Chambourcy cheese, cubed
2 tbsp. cilantro
salt and pepper

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Add any dressing that you like. You may serve it on large pieces of Mexican tortilla chips.
