RIBBON FANTASY PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATES | |
3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2/3 c. evaporated milk (5 1/3 oz. can) 6 oz. chocolate chips 7 oz. marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. peanut butter Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tablespoons butter, 1/3 cup milk in saucepan and bring to full boil, stirring constantly over medium heat for 4 minutes (should be a low boil). Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until melted. Add 1/2 jar (1 cup) marshmallow creme and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and blend well. Pour into greased 13x9 inch pan. Repeat process with remaining ingredients and add peanut butter instead of chocolate. Then pour over chocolate. Cool at room temperature. |
