WASSAIL PUNCH 
1 gal. apple cider
1 qt. orange juice
1 c. lemon juice
1 qt. pineapple juice
24 whole cloves
4 sticks cinnamon
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. brandy, if desired

Mix all ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks and cloves. Serve piping hot. Makes 28 cups.
