ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 lb. Italian sweet sausage, remove casing
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. zucchini, 1/4" slices
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 green pepper, chopped

Brown sausage and celery in soup pot; drain off excess fat. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add all other ingredients except pepper. Simmer covered 20 minutes. Add green pepper. Cook covered 20 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and Parmesan cheese.
