BARBECUED PORK 
3 lbs. pork loin steak
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 lg. onions, chopped
3 med. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. chili powder
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt

Heat oil, cook onion, green pepper and chili powder for 1 minute. Add pork and rest of ingredients plus 1 cup of water. Bring to boil.

Cover and simmer for at least 3 to 4 hours. Shred meat and serve on buns. (Can double sauce if you want it more juicy.)
