SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. whipped potatoes (boil 3-4 med. sweet potatoes)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. raisins or coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix dry ingredients; melt butter with dry ingredients. Spoon over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until casserole is bubbling and sugar has melted on top.
