GLAZED MINI - RITZ | |
2 boxes mini Ritz 1 c. dry roasted peanuts 1/2 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. baking soda Mix Ritz and peanuts in greased flat pan. Mix and bring to a boil butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Boil for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and baking soda and stir thoroughly. Pour over crackers and nuts. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Stir occasionally. |
