GRANOLA FROM PAM | |
3 c. Quaker oats (old fashioned) 1/2 c. wheat germ 1/3 c. slivered almonds 1/3 c. pecan pieces 1/3 c. sunflower meats 1/2 c. raisins 1/4 c. maple syrup 1/4 c. oil 1/4 tsp. vanilla Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Heat together syrup, oil, and vanilla. Drizzle over dry mixture and mix well to coat. Spread into one large shallow baking pan. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir every 5 minutes. Baking times vary with each oven. Store in an airtight container. |
