CORN MOUSSAKA 
17 oz. can corn
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. flour
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese with chives
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
4 oz. grated Mozzarella

Spread corn in ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole; brown beef and drain; add flour and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly and pour over corn. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine eggs and cottage cheese and spread over meat mixture. Top with cheeses and bake 15 minutes more.
