CONGEALED FRUIT SALAD 
1 box strawberry gelatin
1 (6 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 carton Cool Whip

Put gelatin and pineapple in pan. Bring to boil. Cool and fold in Cool Whip, cottage cheese and pecans. Place in mold pan and refrigerate 2-3 hours, or until firm.
