CONGEALED BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello (or favorite flavor)
2 c. buttermilk
6 to 8 oz. whipped topping

Mix pineapple and Jello. Bring to boil in saucepan stirring constantly. Then place boiler in ice water continue stirring until begins to thicken. Add 2 cups buttermilk, mix well. Add whipped topping (6 to 8 oz.) fold in well. Pour into 12 x 13 casserole Pyrex. Put in refrigerator overnight.
