1/3 lb. ground beef
1/3 lb. ground pork
1/3 lb. potatoes, ground
Onions, to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Casings

Mix beef, pork, potatoes, onions, salt and pepper thoroughly. Fry small amount in skillet to taste. Stuff meat mixture into casing, any length desired. Wrap and freeze to cook. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour on cookie sheet with a little water on it.
